In the year 2015 I founded a pop-up dinner series called

"Wild & Wiese" - we reinterpreted German cuisine.

Together with my team I organized pop-up dinners and offered creative caterings. Our food projects led me as a chef for 3 years across Berlin and Germany, to different places and experiences.
